The decision to begin psychotherapy can be life changing. My approach to therapy is to keep the process straightforward so my clients can experience positive change as quickly as possible. I work with each person collaboratively to address immediate as well as long standing issues to arrive at greater insight into underlying causes. My use of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and meditative practice enhances each client's inherent capacity for self-awareness and personal growth. I strive to help my clients realize meaningful and sustainable change that promotes a healthier and more fulfilling life.
